Day 7

THURSDAY

Both kids got up around 7:20.

Luca had pancakes with a side of cheerios, Amelia had a bowl of cheerios + raisins

Got dressed and out the door at 7:45:

All strapped in and ready to go:

Dropped them off at Megan's.... already told you about the awkwardness of that, with them not being up yet.

Ran to Kroger at lunchtime (after my tummy settled), because we were out of milk.  Shhh... don't tell Amelia that she had almond milk in her cereal

Picked them up and headed home for dinner and a show  <aka-- video chatting with Daddy>

The decorating I've done thus far - purple flower baskets on the porch, pink one out on the iron thingey:

It was still rainy out, so we were stuck inside with the kids destroying it.

Amelia finished up her birthday thank you notes:

They had multiple snacks, including a Go-gurt incident...

Luca wasn't good at sharing the pretzels (1 in mouth, 7 or 8 in hands):

Amelia did a great job at helping clean up, bribed with being able to bring a Barbie upstairs... that's a trick I'll need to keep in the rotation.

Bedtime was crazy.  Luca kept standing up and diving in the tub.  I have videos, but there are several bits-shots, so I'll save them for in person.
